Pricing:  Puppies range from $4500 - $7500, Each baby is priced individually according to quality and color, between 3-5 weeks of age. At this time each baby can be more accurately accessed for pricing based on gender, quality, color & estimated size at maturity.  We produce high quality purebred Shih Tzus. We breed for health, beauty and loving personalities!

All of our puppies are sold as pets with a spay/neuter agreement. Although our adult dogs are purebred and AKC-registered, puppies placed in pet homes do not include AKC papers, as registration is only necessary for breeding or showing.

*Breeder reserves the right to first pick of any litter in our breeding program.

Deposit: is approximately 1/3 the purchase price of the puppy and must be received within 3 working days of you picking out your puppy. Unless other arrangements are made.  

Payment Types Accepted - We  accept Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, USPS Postal Money orders sent via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or Cash for local pick up. No other forms of payment will be accepted.

Note: Please make sure you can accept the responsibility of a puppy as downpayments are non-refundable, under any circumstances!

Deposits are honored for one year to secure the quoted price and may be applied to future litters. After 12 months, pricing is subject to adjustment, but your deposit will remain valid when you are ready to resume your search for your perfect puppy.

Shipping: Your puppy can be delivered directly into your arms, traveling with me in the cabin, never alone or in cargo. They ride safely in a soft, comfortable carrier, ensuring a calm and secure journey. I personally accompany every puppy, and we maintain clear communication throughout so you feel confident and informed every step of the way. Upon request, a personal carrier for your puppy to keep can also be provided.

For families within a convenient driving distance, of about 2-hour radius or less, I am happy to personally bring your puppy to you by car for a nominal fee, starting at $100.

For longer distances, I personally fly with your puppy, with all travel costs, including airline ticket and health certificate, pet in cabin fees, handled as part of the service. Pricing for air delivery typically ranges from $500–$800.

Waiting List - Our waiting list is designed for families who want the opportunity to welcome one of our puppies. Puppies may be selected in person, or through photographs, videos, or FaceTime, allowing you to choose in a way that works best for your schedule, with no pressure.

  To reserve a spot, a $400 pre-deposit is required. Deposits can be applied to a puppy from a current litter or held for a future litter, in the order received. If your preferred color, gender, or puppy has not yet been born or if life requires you to wait, your deposit will remain secure until you are ready, and the quoted price will be honored for up to 12 months, provided you communicate your intention to wait.

 When submitting your deposit, please indicate your preferred color and gender, so we can match you with the puppy that’s right for you. Being on our waiting list gives you priority selection, and sometimes, changes in availability allow spots to move up, giving you the chance to welcome your perfect companion even sooner.
