Dashing came to us from a top breeder in the Philippines, and I am truly honored to have him and his prestigious bloodline with us. He is an AKC Shih Tzu with a striking Black and Tan coat. Dashing possesses an exceptional temperament—calm, cheerful, and all-around delightful.
